Announcements to the right people
An announcement goes to the whole organisation, one unit or one group. Recipients are worked out automatically from the children, so there are no mailing lists to keep up by hand.
Surveys answered per child
When you need an answer, add options to the announcement. Guardians answer on behalf of their child, and staff see who has not replied yet. A reminder to just those guardians takes one tap.
Read receipts
Staff see for each child whether the announcement has been opened. When something is urgent, you know right away who has not seen it yet.

Questions about this feature
Can guardians see each other's messages?
No. Conversations are always about one child and include only that child's guardians and staff. Replies to announcements are private.
Can substitutes send messages?
No. Substitutes have no access to communication, so only the organisation's own staff message guardians.
